Olwynn Darklyn

Lord Olwynn Darklyn, called Great Lord Darklyn, is the head of House Darklyn and Lord of the Shadowmarket. He is married to Rose Grimpie, the two of them have had three children.

Appearance and Character

Olwynn is lanky and long-limbed. He has dark black hair and a clean cut goatee. He dresses finely with a long white cape and carries a engraved dirk.
Olwynn is not well liked across the kingdom of Majik. He is somber and judgemental. Many view him as discourteous and untrustworthy. Despite this, he is one of the wealthier lords in the realm from him controlling the road leading in the Færsath Mountains and the Soylrun. Many view him as intimidating because of his size and nature.

History

Olwynn was born the third son of Lord - Darklyn. His two elder brothers had died leaving him the heir.
He squired for his uncle, Gaol Darklyn. He participated in a tourney at the age of 17, in which he was unhorsed in the first tilt. He was never knighted.
He went to the Royal University where he studied until his father died of poisoning. When he returned as lord he had his younger brother arrested, questioned, and executed for poisoning their father.
