The City of Dalia is a five-ringed fortress city located within the land of Dalia. Its flag contains five concentric rings, each a different color, and a triangle that overlaps them. The official gods of Dalia are Seryana and Castor, worshipped in tandem as the gods of magic and humanity, however, the kingdom does not punish other religious practices, and there is a temple district within the city's second ring from the center.
