The Worldsoul of Teralt's second moon, Vivus the Green. She is the second daughter of Andromeda.
Her planet is lush, covered with flora and fauna, but no sentient races, as she is still hesitant to create any of her own.
On her planet, magic is ruled by relics powered by the capability of their users, because she has deployed incredibly restrictive laws. Gods are not able to manifest on Eirene's planet.
