Liap Wi
Liap is the proprietor of the local drinking establishment and eatery, the Scattered Bird. Though his bar is frequently rowdy with Plo's men, Liap himself is quite laconic. Quiet and reserved, when Liap speaks, people listen- establishing a place on the council through unanimous consent as a level-headed person who considers issues deeply.
Laconic older man. Runs the local bar. Calm and level-headed.
