Hosttower of the Arcane

The Hosttower of the Arcane is the academy of magical training for the Arcane Brotherhood. The tower resembled a tree with four "limbs" (spires). The building radiates an aura of magic that many residents find so uncomfortable that they purposely avoid looking at the building. It is said that each apprentice receives his or her own alchemical laboratory and meditation chamber.
