Icarus

Icarus is an eladrin that was sent to the Nine Hells by an otherworldly being to dethrone Asmodeus. He had wings crafted by wax and feathers and made it to the eighth layer before being struck down by Mephistopheles.
After his release from Asmodeus' grasp, and the Collision, he helped Joseph Reynolds VI kill Morgana LaFey, and then became the ruler of the Feywild.
