Mondum

Mondum is the planet upon which the continents of this world are found. It is the centre of the Prime Material Plane and as such could be considered the centre of the Planar System.
Leaving the atmosphere of Mondum with a Spelljammer can allow creatures to travel manually between planes of existence, and explore the cosmos.
The largest continents on Mondum are Qinna Templarus, Grescha, and of course Terra Caelum.
