Siphon of the Countess

While you are holding this wand, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack. This wand once belonged to Bellafonte, however ended up in Raloxidor's safe at the Allbright Residence. Now, it is in the hands of Caity Starflower.

Might of the Countess

While you are holding this wand, you may cast melee spell attacks from the Necromancy school as ranged spell attacks with a maximum range of 30ft.

Steel Siphon

As an action you can make a melee spell attack with this wand. On a hit the target takes 4d8 Necrotic damage and has to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, you heal for half the damage dealt and the target becomes Cursed. While Cursed, they have disadvantage on attack rolls against you for 1 minute. You can use this feature three times per long rest.
