The Joy of Extradimensional Spaces

The Joy of Extradimensional Spaces is a heavy tome. Its thick covers are made of ornately tooled leather decorated with gold filigree. Of particular interest is the illustration on the cover: the bust of an imposing spellcaster. Anyone versed in arcane history recognises it to be the legendary mage Mordenkainen. The book serves as a portal to an extradimensional mansion created by Fistandia, an Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep. Once the command word "scepter" is spoken, shimmering, translucent doors appear in an unoccupied nearby space. The doors begin to slowly fade, and it's apparent that they'll disappear entirely in a matter of minutes.
It was acquired in 8009 by Calder when he was on an Ace Ventura mission sent to put an end to some unruly cultists.
