The Twisted Crown

The Twisted Crown is a relic befitting the king or queen of hell. When attuned, you become the overall ruler of the Nine Hells. This crown digs into your flesh and cannot be removed until you are killed.
When the current wearer is killed, the Crown psychically communicates with the new ruler and asks them to speak the name of who should be the new ruler.
