Tragedy in Bleakthorne

The tragedy in Bleakthorne was one of betrayal. The maid of House von Stein betrayed them, leading the commoners of the town to riot and kill all members of the von Stein family living in Bleakthorne Manor. None were spared, except for Nicolai, who managed to escape. Not much is known on the details of this, only that it was mostly fueled by hatred towards the vampiric nature of the family.
