History

Before the 1300s only the above water portion of Crystalwater was know, then in 1332 when a young man named Alard Roxley created the first water breathing enchantment and went to the bottom of Lake Clearwater and found the merfolk's city. 2 years before his death in 1360, the merfolk decided to join the town of Crystalwater and be bound by Draconian law.
