Skull Hag Bay

Purpose / Function

Skull Hag Bay was created as a way to remove the worst of the worst from Moorgate. Caverns dotting the seaside cliffs are lined with cell after cell. Guarded by a coven of vicious hags, no one escapes Skull Hag Bay. The prison was originally built to contain the supporters of the Elders during the war of the Elder Age.
