Blood Hunters

The Blood Hunters are a secretive band of soldiers under the Iron Brotherhood. They are investigators, defenders, and witch hunters who seek to be the shield against the evil forces that seek to move against the people of Ferrus.  Training is from birth, and involves grueling physical regiment and mental challenges. A ritual at the Circle of Ayesha is the final initiation of a trainee into a full-fledged Blood Hunter. 
The Blood Hunters answer to the Inquisitor, who is appointed by the Guildmasters of the Iron Brotherhood. 
OATH

Evil gathers and now the hunt begins. It shall not end until my last day. I shall live with virtue, protect the weak with one hand, and strike against the darkness with the other. I am the wall that stands against the wicked. I am the sword that guards the lives of men. I pledge my life and honor to the way of the Bloodhunter, from this breath, until my last.
