Flight Teams

Popularized by Prince Solar Flare of Equestria with the founding of the Wonderbolts. Flight teams have become one of the most prominent traditions of Terra. Over 50% of Terra's sentient species have wings, after all.
There is no one type of flight team. Squadrons of elite fliers can be created for a large array of tasks.
It is tradition for these teams to be led by a Captain and Co-Captain, and later a Commander above them. Though this is not always true.


Current flight teams in service:
> The Wonderbolts serve Equestria. They are split into military and performance branches.
> The Shadowbolts are saboteurs and assassins of the New Lunar Republic. They don't exist in the public view.
> The Stormraiders are a performance team from Saddle Arabia.
> The Talon Trotters, representing Gracemareia
> The Fighting Falcons, representing the Griffon Empire
> The Hurricane Hunters, representing the Griffon Kingdom
