New Lunar Republic

Named for both Luna and Lunar Dreams, the New Lunar Republic (NLR) was founded majority by the Everfree night court. However, the founding of the NLR is often attributed to, then, Prince Midnight Eclipse. 
In the current era, the NLR is a powerhouse of sprawling cities on the saltflats.
