Rex
Rex is the city of the goddess of disharmony, Rixa. It is located in the country of the pantheon, Civicerta. The city is entirely lawless, giving it the unofficial title of an "anarchy city."
Even Rixa's own champions do not dare enter the city for fear of a bounty on their heads.
Points of interest
Rex is home to a bustling black market due to being a lawless city. Outside forces usually have to put time and effort into shutting down black market efforts.
