Overview:
Nito the IV is the head of the Guild of Arceuus on the Dominion of Jarl. He is a pale, skinny human male that dresses in all black and has large bags under his eyes. He is drab and aloof. Nito IV is the third leader of Arceuus. Each leader of Nito renamed themselves after Nito the first necromancer, whose soul is said to reside in the temple of Dihn.
