The Blight

The Blight was once a fertile land, but centuries of Orc and Drow rule has bled the land of its nutrients, leaving nothing but dust, swamps and marshes.
Many centuries of deforestation and mining the mineral resources from the ground have left the far Western reaches of Terra Novus beyond replenish. Hardly anything aside from Swap bushes and simple trees grows here any more, but a strong presence of Orcs and Goblins has ensured it thrives in the bad conditions.
