Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Sirira is a thin female Tiefling. She has pale blue skin and small ram-like horns on her head. She has trained with a blade for years as customary for her family, but it isn't her preferred choice of weapon. She would much rather use the weapon of voice and writing.
Body Features
Standing at a towering 5'2" weighing in at 110 pounds she isn't exactly the most physically gifted. Although she is agile and knows how to use a weapon, her stature doesn't support that type of fighting. Throughout her body she doesn't have a scratch or scar on her, although this is true, it isn't because she hasn't ever been in a battle before, just that no one has gotten close enough to actually hurt her.
Facial Features
Other than the ram horns on her head, Sirira is a very beautiful woman. She has a slender face, high cheekbone structure, and 2 piercing black eyes on her face.
Special abilities
Sirira is able to hide the fact that she has powerful magical items. She uses the command word "unfortunate" to summon her staff of power.
Sirira is a powerful mage and has an innate ability to charm those around her. Any time she wants, she can have an individual make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by her for one week. During this time she is considered a great ally and would do almost anything for her. If she or someone else harms the creature, they can attempt the saving throw again.

She is always wearing very nice robes or dresses. She is always wearing at least 4 rings, and a very nice pair of leather boots.

Personal history
Sirira was born into a family line of Barons known as the Barnes family. When Sirira was born as a tiefling, it was quite the shock for her parents who were both humans. Even though this is true they didn't treat her any different and continued to treat her as their daughter. As she was growing up, her father Ekil Barnes grew ever more impatient with the fact that her mother, Shanon Barnes was not able to bare any more children. Soon this reality struck her father and he started to rigorously train her how to run the Village of Hogan. She spent most of her maturing years learning about politics and how to keep a small village growing and happy. Once she reached maturity, the Ceremony of Rightful Ownership when she was 30, changing the ownership from her father to her. Afterwards, as customary, her parents left the village to live in a big city as regular nobles. She led her people fairly, but she never quite grew out of her childish habits. Some villagers love her for it, some hate her for it. As she is reaching her later years, the stress of finding someone to marry is growing more and more. She doesn't want to marry just because he has too, she wants to do it because she wants too. This brings us to the present day of 865 PC, she is worried about the growing corruption in the forest that is getting ever closer to the village. She has done her best in keeping her people safe and not worried, but she can't keep it going forever. She needs to find someone to help her FAST, but if the army can't make it through this corruption, how can anyone else do it?
Education
Sirira was very well educated by her father and her personal teachers. She knows much about the world and how it spins. Although she is quite educated, she doesn't like to show it and would much rather prefer to have fun instead. Recent times has forced this fun side of her down and she has recently been in full business mode.

She succeeded in the Ceremony of Rightful Ownership, the village population has grown by 25% since she has become the Baroness.

Motivation
Sirira is motivated through the fact she wants to make her parents proud. She wants to prove that even though she is a tiefling, she can lead a village very well. So far she has indeed done a great job, but her greatest challenge is just around the corner.
Likes & Dislikes
Sirira likes to mess around with her friends. Even though this is true, she doesn't accept most people as her friends, a very tough person to befriend, but a very very worthwhile to have.

She basically owns all of the import and exports of the Village of Hogan. She has deep ties with people in the capital city, and isn't afraid to use her networks to give her an advantage.
