Alamut Citadel
Overview
The Alamut Citadel is a huge complex of self-sustaining, siege resisting towers and buildings normally found atop a large mountain in a country called Persia. It is now the moving base of the Assassins of Atlantis.Chronic Anachronism Effects
The Alamut Citadel is under the effect of the Chronic Anachronism of Chronos. It was not supposed to come through to Atlantis, but due to it's strong library, it has been drawn through through the powers of the Atlantis Library. It is in effect tied to the Library and alternates between being in Atlantis and being in Persia, through it's knowledgebase use in Atlantis.
The rulers of Alamut, the Assassins are aware of the movement of the Citadel, and have mapped its cycle of movements. It moves between it's position atop Alamut Mountain in Persia, a phased position inside the Library of Atlantis, accessible through the Astronomy Section, and a physical shift in location to a region in the Caliphate of the Aubaydi, but only when the Aeolian Isles are in alignment with that part of the Atlantean Coastline.
Aeolian Isle Alignment
The Wind-Lord Isles move about and are accessed through the Wind Tower in Atlantis, by the Monks that have their monasteries on the Isles, however, it has been noticed that the Isles match the lost Krater Constellation and the Alamut Castle appears to match the location of the Lost Corvus (Crow) Constellation - which were of key importance in the Astronomical observations of John Flamsteed at the time of his movement from England to Atlantis during a Chronic Anachronism causing Astronomically related locations and individuals to be moved to Atlantis. The apparent link between Corvus, Krater and Alamut were Flamsteed's discovery.
