Cap N Chin has been raised from the the Fishrfolk of the River to become an officer of the Thieves Guild. He is the current Jack of Hearts - specialising in Animal Sidekick Training. Cap found a natural affinity with all animals - so much so that he is sometimes referred to as the 'Guild Druid' by other Rogues.
