Necropolis Ruins of Avok Mond Bennoth

It is rumored that the Spires of Ithil Kar Harang gleamed in all the colors of the rainbow and lit the entire area in a divine glow all through the night and day. The sound of Elfsong and Elfchant filled the valleys. But most fame linked to the Ithil Kar is given to it's research halls and libraries. The Ithil Kar was the centre of learning and study of magic for many centuries prior to the coming of man and dwarf.
However, the arrogance of the inhabitants grew to a level where the Goddess of Magic, Hecate, the patroness of the City could no longer turn a blind-eye to it. The City was laid low by some unknown cataclysm - it left parts of the buildings standing but the population was lost. Some are said to have descended to Lake Kyria, others to have perished in situ, and some few to have been apportioned a place in the care of Artemis.
