Weaponising Flask

Overview

All Barbarians carry a small container designed to hold the dust and remnants of magical items that they have destroyed for sacrifice to the Barbarian Spirits, for use in Barbarian Rituals, for Trade with other Barbarians, and for Use in Creation of Weapons of Renown.

Each container differs in form and in nature, depending on the Barbarian's Culture. Each container made will contain the dust from (1D6+the barbarian's level) weapons. Flasks for the dust or ashes of other magical items will hold (1D8 + the barbarians level) items.

Multiple Flasks can be made at the same time.

Scalvin, Garama, Varangian, and Scythian Barbarians

These tribes use a glass bottle of various sizes, The Barbarian must undertake a Sandseeking Quest to gain the sands needed for the ritual that forges the glass container needed by the Barbarian to hold the dust from destroyed magical weapons and magical items in general (those remnants are placed in a separate container of similar nature.

Carian Barbarians

The Carian Barbarian must find the head  of a magic using beast or humanoid or even demihuman. The head must be less than 1D12 hours dead. It is then to be placed in a leather pouch (large belt pouch and filled in with salt from three sources (the same as above except for the Mountain). The desert salts are often in dried oases. Then within 1D20 days the head will be ready for use. No further ritual or technique is needed to shrink the head and preserve it as a container for the dust. The brain is removed as a part of the salting process. Each head will hold (1D6 + the barbarians level + the HD of the creature/head being used) amount of weapon or magical item dust.
