King Rondius Rarmon, The Third
Rondius III was the eighth king of Valonia, the son of Ikanos the Conqueror and Glorin Spendus. He was the first king who converted to Luumist, applying their unique belief from the northern jungle into the government decisions.
During his reign, the Camp Auqa had officially become the city of Auqapus, and the Waterway Policy had taken in effect throughout every cities in the kingdom.
