Auqapus (Au-qa-pus)
The City at Another River's End
Auqapus is a city in Valonia Empire. Simillar to Valone, it was formed beside the Boraqua River, where any ships having to sail deep into mainland must pay them fees.
The sturdy stone walls surrounding the city with river cutting through. The west side of the wall is a castle that despite the fortress, also act as a local governmental institute. In the middle of city is a large plaza with a replica of the Statue of Wisdom in the center. Beside the city gates and roads outside, shanky towns were found.

They have Catasturion working as governor and the commander of his legion.
Infrastructure
The city adapted the Waterway Policy from Valone to capitalize the way of water trade. With amount of tolls they had funded the city infrastructure. New roads were precisely paved, and tunnels were dug, controlling sewer and fresh water. Public baths were also built.
History
It was once a military camp for the Kingdom of Valonia, found during the reign of Rondius II (281 - 263 BVE) to claim the northern territories. Durni and tribal people around the river were among their early inhabitants.
Ikanos II used to reside here, who led his company toward north to the Jungle of the Myst in search for the holy city. It's possibly that the city was the first place to import Luumism.
When population started to grow, the local government was formed in 224 BVE. The durable road was built to connect them with the capital city.
In 32 BVE, Auqapus was captured by the Krin during the War of the Old lord. Many life were claimed and the city turned the Empire of Kritus's northwest fontier. As the nearest largest city to Valone, whenever the uprising occured in Valone, the governor could send the troop in less than 3 days.
In 14 BVE, Valus I managed to kick out the Krin's authority, liberating Auqapus.
Geography
It was a breezy and wonderful landscape imaginable. The surrounding area is a plain of endless meadow, lots of round hills, and tall mountain range on the north. The additional crop field start take over the natural one, yet still breezy and wonderful.
