Dwarven Nobleman from southern Vodacce, Artificer, curly black hair, Olive skin, eyes like the ocean after a storm (as described by his husband). The business was made possible by his invention of the Elemental Ice Making Machine (it sounds more poetic in Vodaccean), the only machine of its kind—as Flavio has not made more than the parlor needs nor divulged the secrets of his work to any others.
Flavio immigrated to Eisen after meeting Nova in a chance encounter in a Vodaccean pasta restaurant, the two had ordered similar dishes and the waiter accidentally messed them up (they were sitting at adjacent tables), giving Flavio the dish with pine nuts that was meant for Nova. When Flavio began to have an allergic reaction, it was Nova and his knowledge of medicinal plants that was able to save the dwarf’s life. After this, Flavio was struck by love’s arrow and courted the hell out of the half-orc from Eisen. The two were married six months later on the cliffside side coast of Vodacce’s southern border and moved to Eisen the week following. Flavio has recently achieved legal status as a full citizen of the state.
