Frozen Delicious!
The Building has a high ceiling with exposed hard oak on all sides. Decor is simple, vibrant, and tasteful. The owners work the parlor bar for the most part, except on Mondays and Tuesdays when a young halfling, named Izmine Tobledor, works the counter. Izmine also works evenings, Wednesday through Friday, cleaning up.
Located just southeast of the large Central Park at the center of the city. Conveniently near the docks.
Purpose / Function
Frozen Delicious is an ice cream parlor, the only one of its kind. Features exotic flavors based on spices from distant lands: saffron, cardamom, Star anise, coffee/cafe, etc (if a player can think of a flavor, they have it.)
Defenses
If anyone causes trouble, they have to answer to Flavio.
History
Frozen Delicious is a renovated horse stable which used to be used for housing and training the military’s steeds. But, as the city grew, the cavalry decided to move to a location more secluded from the inner city.
