Structure

The highest authority in Blueria is the King or Queen. While all of Blueria's monarchs have so far been direct descendants of Alain Astier, the first king, the Bluerian people maintain the right to vote out any monarch they deem unfit. The monarch is supported by the Royal Court, a group of 20 representatives from around Blueria and Audrios as a whole. Seven of these representatives are the Ministers of the great cities of Blueria. Five are chairmen of different branches of government. Two represent the country's military. The two 'oddballs' are the Ambassador to Sanveria and the Envoy to the Everlight Realm.

Public Agenda

Blueria has always placed unity and personal freedom in the highest esteem. If the countrymen are divided, the nation will fall. The well-being of the people is the main concern of the current monarch, King Berthold Astier, and he places a high value on commerce, education, and peace with other nations.

Demography and Population

Blueria is home to approximately 340,000 souls. Of these, approximately 87% are native-born Bluerians, 9% are naturalized immigrants, and 4% are foreigners. The majority of people live in the seven major cities. Endroitsûr: 45,000 Levannois: 36,000 Vitrociennes: 32,000 Besanelle: 27,000 Sauroux: 20,000 Tourault: 18,000 Gennellac: 11,000 Outside of these seven cities, 151,000 people live in large towns or farming communities.
