Aasimar

It is said that the Aasimar, Children of the gods, were created in the years fallowing the banishment of the Darkness by the hands of the 6 divine beings. No one knows their true origin, only that they were the first to attain sentience. They were we strong, inquisitive, creative, and near flawless beings who first roamed the land in the quest for knowledge and answers. They were the first to create law and order in the land, and the first to fall to the Dragonkin in the Era of Fire. In time all traces of them were lost when the Dark Lord first came to power, and they were wiped from the world. All that remain are the ancient temples and ruins scattered across the world...
