Composition

Structure

Standard platoon organization has a lieutenant who was trained for command, with twelve squads of four soldiers each. Each of the squads chooses a sergeant from among themselves and the lieutenant chooses two staff sergeants from among those. Any additions like independent adventuring parties or special forces are treated as extra squads.
