Emperor Pertinax

Emperor Pertinax was the Ruler of Cyrillia from March 123BF- August 123BF. He was a wealthy tribune who purchased the throne from the former Emperor's guard when they put it up for auction. His reign was short and of little note, except the disappearance of his daughter which in some circles became a part of the legend of The Witch of the Black Veil.
Pertinax was politically inept and greedy. In the few circles his name is known he is not viewed favorably.
