Apothecary Guild

Apothecaries have a monopoly on the gathering, preparation, and sale of herbs and medicines for profit. Most freemasters operate shops where they purchase herbs from itinerant journeymen and other professional gatherers for resale to the general public as potions, infusions, syrups, tinctures, creams, and other remedies. They also sell to physicians, who are not legally permitted to prepare their own concoctions, and to members of the Guild of Arcane Lore. Most herb prices range from 3d to 60gp per ounce depending on rarity.
