Order of Talons

The Order of Talons are the spies of the Beastlord. They have infiltrated the Final Empire to hinder and obstruct the Empire's progress.
The Talons have been "eradicated" many times, yet they always reappear. Many members of the Beastlord's own faithful don't believe they exist; the Empire doesn't admit they exist, but to the Grand Rebellion and others who vehemently oppose the Empire, the Talons are legendary.

Structure

There is no structure to the Order of Talons. Those in the Order are chosen for their individual abilities, and rarely even know of other members.

Culture

Talons are on their own. They seek allies where they can and have found common cause with many of the Empire's enemies. However, the life expectancy of a Talon is not long.
