Shattering

When the Titans were born, the First Peace was broken, and the Master's War brought Visctheria into chaos. They battled for years, bringing destruction and death to their mortal followers. And when the Titans Shattered the Gods into pieces, the Continent was soon to follow.

The Master's War

The Master's War lasted over a thousand years, delivering complete chaos to the Continent for a millenia. As the Gods and Titans fought their war, a rift slowly began to open in the ground. It started in Melarah, the birthplace of both Gods and Titans, and began to spread as the fighting went on, a physical representation of the violence that occurred.

The Shattering

The battle for what remained of Melarah took a toll on each deity, old and young. As the fighting dragged on, the Titans began to gain the upper hand, forcing the Gods back against the great chasm that had opened in the ground. Eventually, each God was forced to surrender, yielding to their younger counterparts.

In 5000 BI, the Gods were Shattered. The Titans each raised their hands to strike, and broke the Gods apart. They broke into their Shards of Power, leaving behind fragments of their former power that came to be known as Epithets.
