Conduits: Divinity, Free Will

No living mortal can enter this realm without the permission of a God that rules over a part of Afterlife. This plane expands infinitely and each True God (no matter if Greater or Lesser) can create an afterlife for his followers and worshippers. After a soul was judged worthy in Fugue Plane it goes to his patron's Afterlife. These can vary in nature between Gods. Also, a God cannot take a soul from Afterlife once it's there, only non-Gods with resurrection spells can and even then, once a soul decides it doesn't want to come back, it won't and only a Wish can change that.
