Aspect

Greater Deities and higher Gods on the hierarchy can have Aspects. These are Lesser Deities that are a part of the greater power, share some if not all Domains but none of the portfolios. They have their own set of portfolios, which means they could be a target of rival God. Greater Deities rarely create Aspects, more they are created by mortals themselves when the religion diverges or diversifies enough for a Greater Deity to split. The power still goes to the Greater Deity but the Aspect still retains his powers. Over time the split might be catastrophic, a new god might be born and the Greater Deity loses some of its portfolios in the process, loses their standing or gets eaten by its Aspect.   The Aspects are categorized by Known and Suspected. Many Lesser Deities might be Aspects in disguise, it is unknown until they are destroyed, lose their powers (Aspects do not become demigods) or raise in ranks (only to be stopped by the Greater Deity). These are called Suspected Aspects. The Known ones are those that the Greater Deity announces that they are or their worship centers around it (see Trinity).
