Cerrinf Nulgrimsota, the Archdevil of Archdevils and the Prince of all Hells, is a figure of unparalleled malevolence. It is said that Cerrinf has existed as a devil since the very concept of evil first emerged, and he seized power at the dawn of the Blood War, usurping the first Archdevil. Cerrinf's insatiable ambition knows no bounds; he hungers for absolute control over the Hellish Spire, and as a result, he rarely takes interest in the mortal realm. Instead, he manipulates his fellow Archdevils, pitting them against each other in a ceaseless struggle for power within the Hellish Spire.
Many speculate that Cerrinf was the mastermind behind the initiation of the Blood War itself, using it as a means to maintain his grip on the infernal hierarchy and to ensure that the Hellish Spire remains in a perpetual state of conflict and turmoil.
