Dead Power

Dead Powers are Deities (True Gods) who were killed in some way and didn't return. There exists a way to revive such a being back into godhood but it is rare. Most of such occasions, these beings weren't killed outright but escaped in the last moment and healed their wounds like the Wise One during the Father Betrayed event.
