Duchy of Ven

These lands once belonged to the Vendel but they couldn't afford to maintain them, lacking manpower and economic stability. Thus like the dragonborn of Draconia, there came a "savior", calling himself Duke Edwin Ven, he decided to buy up a major part of the land for himself and establish a duchy, allied to the Divine Empire. As one of the Goldblood, he had enough money stashed away after the Fourth Age, The Calamity to do so and bid his time, like his descendants. Now, centuries later, the duchy is fully in the hands of House of Ven and they are still interested in expanding.
