Maltaria

Maltaria was once a duchy of the Divine Empire. When the empire fell in the Fourth Age, The Calamity, most of the Goldbloods were killed. After the calamity ended, those that survived were mostly Halfblood, believing that the Divine Empire will never allow them to return to the fold in this way (this is true), they formed their own nation. Many disenfranchised Halfbloods come to these lands to start a new life.
