Seneglia

The great nation of Seneglia belongs to the Islander Aarakocra, who love the island many high cliffs and mountain forests. For much of the millennia, the nation of Seneglia was isolated from all the politics of the world. Even during the later stages of the Third Age, Kingdoms, they kept to themselves. As colonization for non-flying races would be hard on this island, very few tried to take over allowing the nation to prosper but very slowly. When the Fourth Age, The Calamity dawned, the race had to hide in the highest of trees, as the massive tsunamis destroyed their cliff cities. Over the centuries they were struggling but were able to rebuild some in the Fifth Age, Current Age and opened their country even more by becoming mercenaries for hire on ships. The Aarakocra of Seneglia are regarded as great sailors, even if they do not spend most of their time on the ship (mainly in the crow's nest), thus they can always find work in ports.
