Tree of Life

Trees of Life are unique trees that are said to grow in places where a God died, however, this is mainly a legend. The magic surrounding a Tree of Life suggests they are an unique type of a Magic Source that happens extremely rarely. The wood from these trees tends to heal itself but never regrowing enough to bear fruit again, unlike the original tree. The fruits of these trees tend to bestow beneficial properties to mortals, however, only one fruit grows and matures per year, making them even more rarer than the tree itself. Those who ate the fruit are said to open up their latent abilities and can't eat another fruit, even from a different Tree of Life, or else their bodies will wither and die.
