Yggtelashur

Yggtelashur was once a nation of elves, in the beginning of the Third Age, Kingdoms but once they learned about the Elven Lands, most of them migrated there, leave this lands for the humans. It became a duchy to the Divine Empire and was ruled quite successfully until the Fourth Age, The Calamity. The lands were devasted but some of the elven ruins survived. After the calamity ended, many elves returned here and had retaken the lands for themselves. The nation of Yggtelashur has returned but not fully, they look to their neighbours and want their old lands back.
