The self given name to what most refer to as the "gnomish mafia". They have been found to be functioning far and wide and have had their hands involved in local elections, land disputes, and small battles, along with a large variety of black market dealings. They have numerous smaller sects that seem to function with some level of independence.

It's known that Melatonin is in charge of a large swathe of the sects operating inside of Tyria's borders
