Isle of the Goblin King

Nestled at the mouth of the Ostsee, the Isle of the Goblin King, also known simply as the Goblin Isle, has become almost like a homeland, a symbol of goblin equality for goblins all over the world. The island has always had a large population that had always caused trouble for people of Teutonia and Norsca by raiding and stealing from the mainland. It wasn’t until the Teutonian Goblin, Pakkit, was appointed as Herzog of Lubeck (a city on the island) that things began to change. Pakkit was so loved by the goblin’s of the island that it wasn’t long until he was named King, giving the island its common name. In fact legend has it that upon Pakkit’s death, his people’s love for him caused him to ascend and become a god.

For a time it was a peaceful island with a growing goblin community, the goblins became famed sailors in the northern sea building up one of its largest navies of pirates and plunders, however during the Python rebellion in north west Teutonia the island found itself being conquered. When the Python leader was killed, the goblins rallied and pushed the Python holdout to its knees. But a new threat arose in the form of an Orc war boss and a Witch, both wishing to become King of the island.

The Island was left to fend for itself as the Fey War and War with Sable raged across Teutonia. Whilst the Goblins were able to topple their would be conquers, they now hold a resentment for Teutonia but despite that still hold respect for its warhost.
