Lord Lucius Von Wolfsburg
Hailing from the original ruling house of Wolfsburg, Lucius lost his name many years ago after breaking Rigan law, where he agreed to become a dog in serves of Riga. Eventually he won back his name after years of serves, even being the one of kill his ancestor, Albert Von Wolfsburg, during the Python uprising.
Lucius has seemingly always had Teutonia's best interests at heart, going so far as to be branded a heretic and be abandoned for the sake of Teutonia. At times he has served as Primus and Lord Steward but his approach to dealing with situations seems to be subtle and careful. It can be difficult to keep up with What Lord Lucius is up too as he has a habbit of disappearing and reappearing.
