Vienna
Vienna sits as a shining bastion of civilisation amongst the chaotic wastes of the Badlands. Its mighty walls have never been breached, nor would any sane individual try, for guarding those walls are some of the most chaotic, blood thirsty individuals the world has ever produced. It is through the strength and cunning of House Dorcha that these orc, troll, ogres, goblin and human warriors are united. Should one be foolish enough to challenge Vienna, its residents would relish and invite it, for this city is built for Bloody war. You would not be met with a city that cowers in fear, rather you would be met with thousands of battle cries.
Government
The City is ruled over by the Dorcha family and other such notable nobles that make up the Court of Vienna. The head of the Dorcha family, Lady Arrianna Von Vienna, also known as Lady Vienna, Dorcha's sister has the high throne of the house of Dorcha.
History
Vienna as it is now known was once a sleepy village in the Bad Lands called Bolg Olc or in the common tongue Evil belly. The village was bought from the war chief Stumpa of the Evil Sunz by Lord Derchas the Dark One for the grand sum of a bottle of grog. Since Bolg Olc was purchased by Derchas, the village grew and great canals were built connecting the village to the sea. Bolg Olc was built up by the Dorcha family (of which Derchas was the head) into an influential and grand city state. The name of this now great city state was not in keeping with its wide paved streets and marble buildings so Derchas, along with Lady Isolda and Lady Elwin and greater fighters of Khorne, petitioned the then King Hapsburg to change the name of the City State of Bolg Olc to Vienna and formally give it city status.
