Glacialsteel

Glacialsteel is type of ore that is found in the mountains surrounding Valdon. The largests deposits of glacialsteel has been found in the Sentinel.
It's a very rare type of ore, and uniquely found in the region. It's also very dangerous and perilous to attempt to mine glacialsteel, and requires a lot of experience and expertise to do so.
The creative brains of Valdon has come up with special mining tools that are specialized for just this endevour, and they have some magical enchantments to help the miners out. They're enchanced to make the metal withstand the cold temperature and not make it brittle as it's exposed to the cold.
The Stormseekers has during more than one expedition helped guide miners safely to the deposits and kept an eye out for dangers when the ore has been extracted. There are also forges in Valdon that has been designed to heat up to reach the temperatures thats needed to melt the ore and form it into blades and other useful things.
It's one of the most important trading goods for Valdon, and it's priced hefty to be exported into the other cities of Etheron Luth.
