Officer Drakar Iceclaw

Drakar Iceclaw is a dragonborn that works within the Knights of the Everfrost, he's their spymaster and primary source of gathering information about what is going on within the city as well as rumours of the outside world.
Drakar himself is a ruthless man, and has at time gone to extreme lenghts to protect Valdon. However the crime he has committed in hopes of protecting his city, he has hidden away from the other people in the ruling echelon, and the few people from the Frostwatchers that saw him commit the crimes are fiercely loyal to him.
Drakar has a very much ends justify the means approach to how he deals with issues, and can at times seem very cold and detached to people that encounter him.
He however holds a secret agenda, and works alongside the underbelly of Valdon to maintain a grip on information and the people that enter and leave the city.

There has been plenty of times where conflict encounter between Drakar and other officers and knights, where he sometimes leaves a hint of accusation to his words, without actually saying them. Which causes other people to question what he is saying and ending up in conflict with him.
